Hi, I’m Travis Davis—a communicator, connector, and change-maker who was born with cerebral palsy and learned early on that life doesn’t always go according to plan. But I also learned something even more important: your greatest challenge can become your greatest strength.
Through Off The Crutch, I help individuals and organizations see disability differently—not as a limitation, but as a source of insight, resilience, and innovation. Whether through coaching, consulting, or speaking, I equip people to identify the “crutches” that hold them back—and the courage that carries them forward.
I’m a 2x TEDx speaker, ADA Coordinator certified, and hold a Master’s degree in Adapted Physical Education and a Rehabilitation Counselor license. I’ve worked across advocacy, education, nonprofit, and corporate spaces to foster inclusion and spark meaningful change. I host a podcast that delves deeply into the stories of people overcoming adversity.
I created Off The Crutch to be more than a brand—it’s a movement. A reminder that we all carry visible or invisible crutches, and by choosing to see them clearly, we unlock something powerful: our humanity.
Let’s create a world that sees difference as strength.
